The following terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of Hello and all content and services provided on or through the website (collectively referred to as the "Services"). This service is owned and operated by Hello BV ("Hello"). The provision of this service depends on your acceptance without modifying this agreement. By accessing or using any part of this service, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not use this service.

This agreement is signed between Hello and you or any legal entity that you represent ("you"). If you sign this agreement on behalf of another legal entity, you declare and warrant that you have the right to bind such entity to this agreement.

Submitted content You reserve the right to the content submitted to the service. You grant Hello and its service providers the right to temporarily store and modify your content in order to provide you with services. The submitted content can be stored for up to 48 hours.

Scope You acknowledge and agree that Hello imposes restrictions on the size and number of requests you may send to the service. Hello may change this limit at any time at its discretion.

Payment By purchasing the product, you agree to pay the price listed in Hello. Payment will be collected immediately after purchase.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to pay Hello the corresponding fees for using the service. The subscription will have a flexible price or a fixed price. For flexible price subscriptions, you will be charged monthly for the previous calendar month. For fixed price subscriptions, you will be charged at the beginning of the subscription period. The subscription period is one month or one year, depending on your subscription.

You authorize Hello to use any payment method we have recorded for you to collect fees. We may increase or increase new fees after you notify in advance.

The listing price is in U.S. dollars (USD) and includes any applicable sales tax (VAT). Regardless of the amount of sales tax to be paid, the charged price is equal to the listed price. Payments are not refundable.

Renewal The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. Renewal will be based on the listed price at the time of renewal. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time. Then, your account will be downgraded to free service at the end of the current subscription period. For annual subscriptions, we strive to notify customers of upcoming renewals via email.

Ownership When subscribing to the service, you grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the subscription period to use the service.

Intellectual Property Hello respects the intellectual property rights of others. Hello requires you to respect Hello's intellectual property rights. All rights, ownership and interest in such property will be reserved by Hello only.

Responsibility You declare and warrant:

Your use of this service will not infringe the ownership of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights; the content you submit does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive Sexual content; You must not use this service in any way that may render it invalid, damage or overburden; your use of this service will strictly abide by this agreement and all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to your country, state , Any local laws or regulations of the city or other government area). In case of violation of the terms of this agreement, Hello reserves the right to refuse or delete content, terminate any subscription, and refuse or restrict the right to use the service to any individual or entity (although there is no obligation).

Privacy At Hello, we take your privacy very seriously. Only collect and use minimal personal information in order to manage your account and provide you with the products and services you need. Privacy, protection and data security are at the core of everything we do. Hello is ready and complies with GDPR standards.

If you want to view, correct or update your personal data, you can log in to your account information center or contact an Hello support representative. Hello only processes the personal data necessary to provide you with the service. You have the right to data portability, access and the right to be forgotten. The personal data stored in your account will be deleted upon request.

Data processing operations Images uploaded to the service will be temporarily stored, optimized and deleted within 48 hours. You can record requests for services to understand how the services are used and avoid abuse. Log entries contain information such as browser type, IP address, any API keys, date, time, and fingerprints of transferred files. The log entries will be deleted within 31 days.

The username and email address you provide for registration or purchase are stored in your account. This may include the VAT number of the company in the EU. All purchases and invoices are recorded in your account.

Payment is processed by Hello's payment provider. Personal data about payments is only stored at the payment provider, and can be processed and stored outside Europe and the United States if required. For PayPal purchases, Hello stores the purchase transaction number. PayPal shares your name, physical address and email address with Hello.

The service provider Hello uses data processors from the European Union, the United States and Australia to provide services. This section describes how to process data. The submitted content is only shared with these service providers, unless otherwise required to comply with the requirements of laws or government entities.

Google LLC-Hello in California, USA uses Google Cloud Platform for website hosting, information technology and infrastructure services. Your personal data and purchase information are stored with Google. Hello has signed a data processing contract with Google for the processing of personal data, and Google has passed the EU-US Privacy Shield certification.

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd, Dublin, Ireland-Credit card payments are processed by Stripe. The tokenized payment information is used to process payments securely. The card number, expiration date and CVC cardholder information are only stored on Stripe’s servers. For payment purposes, Stripe may disclose data to banks and credit card networks. Stripe has passed EU-US Privacy Shield certification.

European Commission, Brussels, Belgium-Company VAT numbers are processed using the European VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) to confirm the validity of VAT identification numbers. Hello needs to ensure that the company's VAT number is correctly identified for products and services provided across the EU. Hello will store the registered company name, physical address and country/region belonging to a valid VAT number.

Mailgun Technologies Inc, San Francisco, USA-Email communications are handled by Mailgun. Messages can be stored for up to 72 hours. The message metadata (including username, email address, subject line, and routing data) will be retained for 30 days for troubleshooting and delivery issues. Email addresses are stored in the suppression list when they hard bounce or cannot be delivered.

Groove Networks LLC, Newport, US-Customer service activities are handled through Groove. Emails and Twitter messages sent to Hello are combined with your username, purchase information and email address. This information is processed by the support representatives of Hello and Groove.

Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd, Sydney, Australia-Campaign Monitor is used for important service-related communications and to contact customers for major product updates. Use Campaign Monitor to store your name, purchase and email address for email delivery.

Voormedia BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands-Voormedia provides support, maintenance and development activities for the service. Voormedia representatives may process personal data to assist with support requests or resolve technical issues.

Disclaimer The service is provided "as is". Hello and its suppliers and licensors hereby declare that they will not assume any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for specific purposes and non-infringement. Neither Hello nor its suppliers and licensors guarantee that the service will be error-free, nor will it continuously or uninterrupted access to the service. You understand that you download or otherwise obtain content or services through this service, at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances will Hello or its suppliers or licensors assume any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or fair theory liability for any subject matter of this agreement: (i) any special, incidental or Consequential damages; (ii) the purchase cost of alternative products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or data damage; or (iv) any amount exceeding the twelve (12) months before the cause of action in accordance with this agreement The amount of fees paid to Hello. Hello will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by matters beyond its reasonable control. The above regulations do not apply to the scope prohibited by applicable laws.

You agree to indemnify and protect Hello, its contractors and their licensors and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the use of this service, including But it is not limited to your violation of this agreement.

Changes Hello reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this agreement at any time. Your continued use of this service after posting any changes to this agreement means that you accept these changes. This agreement can only be modified by a written modification signed by an authorized executive of Hello or a revised version issued by Hello.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Unless applicable law (if any) provides otherwise in this agreement, any access to or use of this service is governed by Dutch law, but does not include its conflict of laws provisions and the appropriate place for any dispute. Anything identical or related to it will be the court located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted as reflecting the original intention of both parties, and the rest will remain fully valid.

Entire Agreement This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Hello and you on the subject of this agreement.

Product automatic subscription instructions

1 Subscription period: 1 month

2 Subscription price: $0.99/month(applicable in the United States)

Prices in different regions may vary. The fee will be deducted from the credit card associated with the iTunes account, and the subscription will be automatically renewed after the payment account expires. If you need to cancel the renewal, you can do so 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. Once a paid account is activated, it cannot be cancelled. After purchase, you can manage the renewal in your account settings.
